About the Site

ExitRiders is a private, invite-only network of professionals interested in Israeli medical-technology companies. The Site is provided for general information and to let prospective members request an introduction. Membership is by invitation and subject to eligibility and separate agreements.

Investments are governed by the Disclaimer. This Site is for general information and to request an introduction. It is not an offer or solicitation, and nothing here is investment advice. All matters relating to investments, securities, eligibility, risk, and the confidentiality of opportunities are governed by our Investment & Securities Disclaimer, which prevails over these Terms on those matters.

Eligibility & your submissions

The Site is intended for adults. When you submit information through the application form, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. We may decline or discontinue any request at our discretion.

You agree to keep confidential any non-public information you receive from us. Confidentiality of specific investment opportunities and their materials is governed by the Investment & Securities Disclaimer.
