Information we collect
- Information you provide. When you submit the application ("Join us") form we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), the role you select, your indicated investor status, and any message you include.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and operation of the Site.
- Third-party resources. The Site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those files.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about ExitRiders;
- To assess suitability for our invite-only network;
- To operate, secure and improve the Site;
- To comply with legal obligations.
Where applicable (e.g., for visitors in the EU), we process your data based on your consent and/or our legitimate interest in responding to your request.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: the ExitRiders founding team; service providers who help us operate the Site and communications (for example our hosting and email providers); and where required by law or to protect our rights.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to handle your request and manage our relationship, and thereafter as required to meet legal, accounting or record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and the GDPR where it applies), you may request to access, correct, update or delete your personal information, or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email ram@exitriders.com.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies
The Site uses a small number of cookies and similar browser storage, grouped below. We do not use any advertising or marketing cookies.
- Necessary (always on). Used to remember your cookie choice and to protect the application form from spam and abuse (Google reCAPTCHA). These are required for the Site to function and are not optional.
- Analytics (only with your consent). If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies (for example "_ga") to measure, anonymously, how the Site is used, including anonymous events such as page views and when the application form is submitted. Until you accept, analytics run in a cookieless mode and no analytics cookies are stored. You can accept or decline in the cookie banner.
- Accessibility. The accessibility widget may store your display preferences so they persist as you move between pages.
Third-party resources (such as Google Fonts, Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA) are subject to Google's own privacy policies. You can change or withdraw analytics consent at any time by declining in the banner or clearing your browser storage.
Children
The Site is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
